Flexible work environment and traditional work expectations. Reality driven approach and opportunity for moving up.

Have to be able to adapt to a changing climate as the world of education revolves around CBOs being able to provide for the changing needs

Pros

Ample opportunity for growth Gand I developed in ways I couldn’t have done on my own. The students have unimaginable support and access to resources Staff are able to grow at their own pace and use company time to self improve CEO is always accessible with an open door policy and provides opportunity for promotions constantly

Cons

Staff are short term and don’t always see the benefit of serving the community through commitment and dedication
