Pros
Yoodli is full of genuinely kind, smart, creative people who care deeply about the product, the mission, and eachother. Collaboration is real here. People show up, help each other, and share ideas freely. There is a strong culture of creativity and curiosity, and you are encouraged to bring your whole brain (and self!) to the table, not just execute tasks. If you can handle a fast paced startup environment, this is a GREAT place to be. The work is challenging, compelling, and rewarding and you feel connected to the impact you are making. There is a strong sense of mission and pride in what we are building, and that passion is contagious. You will learn a lot, stretch yourself, and work alongside people who genuinely want to do great work together. I have truly never worked as hard, and never had as much fun doing it as I have here.
Cons
This is not a place to coast. The pace is fast and the expectations are very high. Leadership sets a high bar for execution and has expectations to match. If you are looking to clock in, clock out, and fully leave work behind every day, this may not be the right fit for you. It takes focus, ownership, and a willingness to lean in, especially as a growing startup that is still building processes and scaling.
