Pros

Great people across all teams/offices. Everyone in Sales and Account Management worked hard and brought character and passion to the table.

Cons

- Perpetual mismanagement at the top-level. - No collective vision. - No CFO --> no pulse on company financial health - No company parental leave policy (defaults to state rules) - Does not demonstrate care towards employees. - No transparency.
