Pros

good tip money, pleasant place to work based on atmosphere and ambience, kind and supportive coworkers, some great Asian food

Cons

I can't think of too many cons for my time spent working at Yuzu. I guess I wanted more hours than were available for me to work.

Pros

Nice people- including managers, catered lunches, good work-life balance, flexible hours, start up environment- less long hours, Stability of being owned by a fortune 500 company, Barnes and Noble. Upward mobility. I like that we are in the Digital Education space, helping students learn. Proud that we built this app from scratch. Strong relationships with publishers, part of Barnes and Noble College. I am very happy here.

Cons

Could be better communication from a business perspective.
