Pros

Overall, a great team of people to work with at ZIRX. Really enjoyed the growth opportunity, and the tough learning of a fast growth start up were hard work that paid off.

Cons

As with most start ups, the first few months were a bit tough in terms of direction and clear goals.

Pros

Weekly payouts and pick your own schedule The pay is great for a part-time job The dispatchers and City Operations Managers are hardworking and helpful

Cons

Sometimes it's a little slow and I would rather be busier, but I'm grateful for the hourly floor to help with that.
