Great job for me I am a Full-time stay at home mom. It's great to have a part-time job so that I can still participate in the work force.

Cons

For some people in rural areas. The stores are far apart and there can be alot of driving.

Co-Workers, work/life balance, PTO, and company growth are all awesome. Beeline also has done the work (and continues to do the work) to ensure that the culture we talk about is the culture we live.

Cons

None! You can find cons anywhere if you look hard enough. Beeline is definitely one of the best!

Pros

Colleagues a very supportive, collaborative, and everyone wants each other to succeed. If you send emails on the evenings or weekends, people will tell you to stop - the expectation is you work hard and contribute at your top potential during work hours and then check out an enjoy your life. Growing company with invested owners. Privately owned - not answering to "need it NOW" shareholders

Cons

Small team (in North America) means each person has a pretty broad scope and often may be the only person who can do what they do. So there's several single points of failure and if someone leaves it creates a lot more work for those parallel to the now-open position.
