Pros

- Awesome People/ Colleagues - No micromanaging - Upper management is great. Don’t mistake their bluntness for rudeness. Much better than some sweet talking manager who’ll sell you down the river. - hire people without experience if you demonstrate initiative - relaxed environment - WORK LIFE BALANCE- probs the best in the tech world by a mile

Cons

- Chairs + Furniture is very uncomfortable - Way more SEO focused writing. Minimal creative copywriting. - Minimal upward mobility position wise but raises are very frequent - benefits are non-existent

Pros

Working at iNET is a positive and rewarding experience with new challenges each day. With a positive mindset and strong work ethic, there's significant potential for a long and successful career here. One of the most impressive aspects of iNET is its merit-based reward system. Your progress and compensation are based on your achievements and contributions, not just your tenure. Hard work, innovative ideas, and excelling in your role are all recognized and rewarded, allowing you to advance as fast as you allow yourself to. iNET encourages innovation and leadership at every level. Whether you've been with the company for six months or ten years, your ideas can significantly impact a department or even the entire business. I enjoy coming into work each day, largely due to the culture at iNET. Colleagues get along well and often socialize outside of work. A big part of why working at iNET is so enjoyable is the supportive upper management. The leadership team, including the CEO and ownership, is approachable and genuinely cares about your professional and personal growth. They will push you as hard as you allow them to – the more you put in, the more you get out. Building strong professional and personal relationships with top stakeholders is a unique and invaluable aspect of working at iNET. Some of the most valuable mentorship I’ve received, both professionally and personally, has come from our department heads. Taking the time to get to know the people you work with goes a long way. iNET offers incredible work opportunities. As an agency, employees of all experience levels get to work directly with the owners and CEOs of our clients, providing valuable exposure and professional growth. The freedom to take an idea from inception to completion allows employees to take ownership of their projects. This autonomy extends to prioritizing and managing your own workday. iNET is a great place to work and a great community to be a part of.

Cons

Like any organization, there have been occasional challenges and cultural mismatches among employees that have been hired. However, these are generally addressed promptly and do not overshadow the overall positive experience at iNET.

Pros

Upper management is not very smart so once you figure them out they're pretty easy to dance around. Outside of sales, every job in the building is basically a sandbox. If you're new to web design or front end dev or SEO/web marketing, it's a fairly consequence-free environment to learn while getting paid (significantly under market value). Yes, you might get yelled at by a mostly inchoate baboon or two, but the world inside of iNET is entirely separate from the real world. No one really knows it exists, and the people who do regard it as a joke, so just learn everything you can while you can tolerate it, then move up to something better as soon as you outgrow them.

Cons

First things first, in the time I was there the turnover rate was above 100% per year. The cons are innumerable, but the one thing that arches above them all is that you will never, ever, ever make a market-rate salary. There are no shortage of terrible web and marketing firms out there, but at least some of them make up for it by throwing money at you to ignore the problems. Not here. Even when they agree to pay you more, it's usually attached to some kind of impossible condition. As I said above, it's an ok place to get your feet wet, especially if you're new to the field or lack experience, but don't believe them when they try to tell you you'll never succeed anywhere else. They have no pull with anyone of consequence and have no power over your career outside their walls. Oh, the CEO once wrote a 5,000 word article for a hobby magazine wherein he spent at least two-thirds of it deriding a pair of employees with unnecessary personal insults. He is a special kind of insecure snowflake.
