Something is very off about this company. During your first few weeks things will seem great, they will say you are now “part of the family” and initially you think working remote is wonderful and flexible. Wrong. Also keep in mind that you will sign on for one position but you will end up in 5 other departments working 10+ hours a day because they do not want to have to pay more employees that are desperately needed. If you are “promoted” don’t go thinking you will get a raise because you won’t. Also, once they sense you are starting to catch on to their many shady business tactics (because you're trying to do your job and support your many clients who are doctors that have invested thousands and thousands of dollars in iOR) you will be let go. And lastly, anyone who is in “management” is nepotism at its finest
