Pros

Great clients, global reach, solving an important problem. New product, pricing and go to market, and much greater focus on new technology, team collaboration and innovation. Interesting space at the convergence of design thinking, HCD, agile and modern product management.

Cons

Global clients means global travel, throughout the US, Europe and Asia. Agressively transitioning from traditional deployment to cloud and SaaS.

Pros

Great team of really smart people, yet you get to work independently. Lots of travel opportunities and a chance to work with the latest technologies. One day you might be in Thailand, another day in the UK.

Cons

Lots of travel means less time at home, some months you may be traveling 100 percent. The employees usually book their own travel and logistics which can be time consuming if you are doing it every week. But the reimbursements are quick and hassle free.
