      Pros

      I had a good experience at medq and most of the employees are friendly and seem happy to work there. The management is pretty flexible when family issues come up and much more than my last company. I left because I got a job offering more money but sorry I left because I was laid off 6 months after I started and was out of work for a while and the next job paid less than medq. I learned alot at medq and it helped me get the job I have today.

      Pros

      medQ is a growing and expanding company and has been around for about 20 years. A great place to work for job security, friendly workplace, career advancement and great office building in an execellent location in Plano, plenty of parking spaces and very safe area. Raises and bonuses are very good. CEO is very approachable, accessible and willing to listen to recommendations, and shows empathy when family issues happen. I like that it is a hands on, an ability to work independently, show initiative and learn about all products than in larger companies.

      Cons

      It is a small business and those coming from large companies may not be used to the hands on concept where employees will learn most aspects of the company and have more responsibility and independence.

      The colleagues are helpful and a lot of things can be learned from them.

      Cons

      The work volume was really high and there were never enough employees to cover it. No trainings offered or access to learning platforms.
