Pros
Great resources and a lot of teachers who care about their students. Plenty of institutional support in terms of benefits, technology, etc. Students are generally respectful, kind, and hardworking. Teachers have a lot of freedom to design their own curriculum. Beautiful campus.
Cons
Big emphasis on grades and traditional assessments. Students are smart but tend not to be as creative or energetic when it comes to learning. The work culture can be toxic at times in reinforcing a hierarchal structure. You are expected to work hard and give 100% to the school and your work.
