As we start May, POLARIS Laboratories is very fortunate and thankful to have five more employees celebrating 10+ years of service with us this month. What's more, this brings our year-to-date total to 15 employees who have celebrated an employment anniversary of 10+ years with us. These employees are the reason why we have enjoyed 16 years of success meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations.
Three new hires started this week who are employee referrals. We look forward to paying out our referral bonus to those employees who enthusiastically referred great candidates to be their co-workers.
We are thrilled to pay out $8,550 in this week's payroll for our Wellness rewards program. 13 POLARIS Laboratories employees and three spouses benefited from this program during the past quarter. During the last two quarters, 31 employees and six spouses have earned more than $23,000 for making healthy decisions, achieving great results and committing to personal improvement. #polarislife
