Standard. Holidays are bad because the bank does not recognize federal holidays when the fall on the weekend. When all other banks and offices are close, this bank is open and employees are required to work.

We will be open when every other bank in town is closed unless is it a major federal holiday. The amount of paid time off and vacation for exempt employees is good. However, non-exempt employees sometimes have a difficult time with not having enough sick days.
