Good coverage, decent monthly copay, and not an extreme HSA deductible. Seems to cover many doctors, occasionally run into out of network options. HSA contribution from employer but Spousal surcharge is a downside.

Great benefits package provided when you begin with the company. These are provided for all full time employees after 30 days of employment I believe. Much better than benefits I have had at other companies.
