I only called in twice in almost 8 years, once because I broke my arm and another time because I gashed my foot open on a bottle in a lake. I always had 80 hours because you were not allowed to take it unless you got your shift covered. They did not care if fluids were coming out of both ends, if no one showed up to open your store, you were fired. If you could barely talk while you were telling the DM you couldn't come in their only response was "cover your shift".
