They offered 40 hours of educational training prior to entering the field. you had to pass the test in order to graduate from the training. They also had a few days of on the field training where you would follow or watch someone else perform the job.

well train you over computer program, but it is when you are on the field that you really learn.

Not comprehensive. When starting actual position there is so much that you don't know about and you learn most of the job by experience.
