The paid time off is very fair

great vacation and personal time off and very flexable

Oregon has mandatory paid time off so not really up to the company to choose this benefit

they used to front load some of the Sick leave and vacation pay in my position. it was pretty easy to get time off in my department and the manager was very flexible,

vacation and pto time is generous

It's good but taking it is like pulling teeth. Management tells you when you are allowed to use your time. If you are ill and need to use sick time, they gossip. Basically, they offer the benefits but they make you feel terrible for using them if you are not part of the clique
