Benefits for non exempt workers

401k with modest company match. Takes a long time to accrue additional vacation time. Adding 4 weeks paid Maternity/Paternity leave was nice. Pension plan worthless unless you stay for decades. Office space is ok. Nothing to write home about, but it's not bad.

Matching 401k, major holidays plus two floating, starting vacation could be better

They have pretty good health insurance
