i would say that our mutual fund offerings are not very exciting. We use a lot of private funds that cannot be watched on any fiscal websites. However, even though they are private funds, there is a good selection of income, growth, and aggressive growth funds to choose from.
The bad: The vesting program for the employer match has 2 parts. You become vested in company match after 3 years of employment and then a contingent match continues after that. The contingent match states you must work through the end of the calendar year in order to receive that year's company match. So, if you leave on December 18th this year, you get none of the employer match for 2016.

They will match up to 6% and appears to be a good program with an average return. You have the flexibility of taking out 401 K loans up to half of what you have invested.
