Regular full-time and part-time associates, working 20 or more hours per week and hired on or before the set eligibility date at the end of May and November, are eligible to participate in the Employees’ Savings–Stock Purchase Plan. Two six month programs are offered each year with purchases taking place on January 1 and July 1. At the end of each six month contribution period associates can purchase ADP common stock at a 5% discount..

The stock plan is nice with the discount and if you are overachieving goals as an individual contributor the bonuses are structured nicely. Kind of stagnant right now.
