They do provide job training just that depending on who is assisting you and if they have time. I think they should be able to provide someone that is not so busy to concentrate and show you the ropes.

Mostly bad web based training that is hard to follow. They have eliminated a lot of the live training unless you work at one of the big locations.

It provides the basic training, however it all depends to the on how much training you can get.

Trainers are good. Watch out if they want to fast track you. HRB is bad and the co-workers are always to busy. Stay away from this department.
