Too expensive, high co-pays and out of pocket costs

Thank goodness for HSA plan

The cost of health insurance has risen dramatically over the past two years with much higher deductibles than before. That may or may not have been the case everywhere, but was certainly the case at ADT. They switched to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama in 2014 (I was based in Texas), which made keeping your existing healthcare providers difficult or prohibitively expensive compared to prior years. Additional providers were added for 2015, so things may have changed for better or worse.

Rates are going up constantly without a commensurate increase in pay. Plan also covers less. Promised free services are instead denied

BCBS Insurance. Best part, no referrals or primary care required.

Pretty complete package includes cellphone allowance and car mileage reimbursement

It is pretty affordable with different packages

Very minimal coverage when offered

They were above average benefits and they served their purpose for me and my family.
