401k is with Merrill Lynch. The match is done annually sometime in the first quarter, but it vests over a 3 year period (1/3 per year). All salary deferrals into your 401k are not put into the account on payday, but will go in the following Tuesday in most cases

They match up to 6% of your 401(k).

Was much better before the 401k match shrunk.

The worst part of the company match is that they issue company shares instead of investing in my diversified portfolio. This essentially dilute the existing share holders value by issuing additional shares. Essentially they are forcing you buy AECOM shares in your 401k account.
