The 401K plan is great. AIG matches 6% plus additional 3%.

quite generous 401 K plan

I didn't have money in it for long, but it served me well. I ended up cashing it in because it wasn't much to roll over, but I put it to good use elsewhere.

It was 6% 401K that has been increased to 9%.

Full six percent match for 401k

Worst place ever. they do not care about their employees. They offer nothing. their motto is do more with less. They pile on more work and do not compensate for it and do not promote. They are doing away with most of the benefits. They outsource jobs to other countries. There is no morale at all. No one is happy. People are leaving as fast as they can.
