Company match is a nice benefit

Good matching, 3% given to you for free no questions asked, and then after that, they'll match you dollar for dollar up to 6%. If you contribute 6%, AIG will give you 9% on top of that (3% baseline, and 6% from the match). Good choices for funds, with low expense ratios.

Company contribution of 3% of salary and an additional 100% match of employee's contribution. Total match can be as high as 9% of compensation.
