Diversity Programs

I enjoyed working with all of the diverse people on the team. We could have had more.

AIG has many employee driven programs and encourage all employees to join as many groups as they can to network and support other employees and their differences.

Diversity is very important. Not when it results in the promotion of incompetence. Unfortunately, in a quest to promote gender equality and racial diversity, the company fails to maintain a standard of competence and accountability from it's managers on up through senior management.
