It was kind of expensive

The company believes they have the best in the industry; benefit programs are by grade

I believe its pretty good. You are provided 3 different options to choose from. Of course the lower the deductible the higher the monthly premium. Hard to judge being medical is expensive no matter what. But I believe its pretty decent for what they offer.

Insurance to cover your family is expensive, particularly if your spouse works and has health insurance as well. But that’s pretty much the norm everywhere.

Employees have to contribute.

The health insurance, 401K, and time off in AIG is great. And the flexibility is great too. people can work from home if there is something needed from home.

The best is we are able to choose different plan that is correct for you.

Personally, I don't like the plans offered.

I was able to go almost any doctor for treatment without referral

Too expensive for most. There is more and more cost shifting to employees.
