Alstom provides a lot of different benefits, some of which are optional to pay for. The 401k match is excellent. Medical and dental has declined in the past few years e.g. dental deductible is really high now. The new medical companies are more difficult to work with, e.g. approval of procedures takes much longer and payment to providers is too long. Out of network is very difficult to claim back.

PTO is based on tenure, plus you also get sick and floating vacation - in my opinion it is good when you add it all together. 16 weeks paid leave for birthing parent. Health care is expensive. 401k match is fantastic - you put in 8%, they match 11%!

Health insurance barely covers anything anymore. 401K matching is extremely generous though.

Recent improvements to benefits for non-union workers. Some highlights are 10 weeks of paid parental leave,
6 floating holidays,
4 weeks of vacation after 5 years.

Health benefits are better than my spouse's place of work. The 401k matching is on par with other industry companies.

Unbeatable 401k matching, thoughtful company shut down during holiday. Great health care
