It offers minimum company matching contributions. But it takes years for the company contribution to be vested. Since most new hires won’t stay longer than two years, this will not work for most people.

It takes over 5 years to vest - and you will not work for this company for 5 years. The owner/ceo is impossible to tolerate. It is a terrible place to work so the 6% match does not really mean anything unless you are in the inner circle of the CEO. If you take a job with APCON - Good Luck! :)
