Very expensive and high deductables

The bi-weekly deductions were very expensive. Especially considering they were a fraction of what I eventually was paying prior to ARC purchasing my previous employer's company. Copays were high.

The worst thing about the health insurance at ARC is that it costs too much and not enough coverage by the insurance company. Each year less costs are covered and more out of pocket costs each year have not allowed me to visit the doctor in almost two years. Additionally, less plans are offered every year. Lastly, the costs are so high that I can only afford to insure myself and cannot afford to insure my wife or four children. I am forced to look elsewhere to insure my family.

They offer Kaiser but its affordable. Same with dental and vision
