Work From Home

At ASM, we want our employees to have the flexibility to meet the demands of their personal lives and work so that they feel most productive. That's why, as of January 2022, ASM has implemented a flexible work policy, allowing employees to combine remote work and being in the office.

We know that some roles at ASM require people to be onsite, in our labs, and with our customers, as the nature of the work requires it. So, to enable both groups of employees, ASM is investing in both its virtual workspace technology and our physical offices to create spaces that encourage even more collaboration and connections regardless of whether people are together or remote.

We named it the flexible work policy as we want to be just that, taking into account the preferences and needs of individuals, our different offices, and regions worldwide. We will listen to our employees and their ideas, adjusting and evolving as we go along, but we're excited to start implementing this policy in 2022.
