Vacation & Paid Time Off

PTO will grow the longer you are in the organization but will cap depending on your tenure. Sick time will accrue indefinitely. Great benefit for parents-to-be or for extended leave if needed. Depending on certain managers, PTO sometimes felt like a crime to take even if you had the time. Coming in sick to the office was a bad culture.

You start out with a generous time off bank and it increases yearly.
