Job training is terrible mostly because there is no room for advancement at the company. The only people that stay are in cushy positions and have hoarded power for years to reign terror on new people until they leave. Training is just another power trip where you only pass if you kiss the butt of the trainer, it's not based on performance but on the trainers preference of you as a human being.
