Our DEI workgroups bring together employees from diverse backgrounds, united by their commitment to creating an inclusive workforce that embraces equality, fosters growth, and celebrates diversity. Through open discussions, proactive initiatives, and collaborative projects, these groups work to dismantle barriers, empower individuals, and shape a culture that values and respects everyone.

We established WomenLEAD, an Employee Resource Group (ERG), with a clear vision: championing gender inclusion and equity at ATCS. This dynamic group actively works towards creating awareness, fostering education, and driving meaningful action to cultivate a safe and empowering environment. By promoting a culture of genuine inclusivity, WomenLEAD aims to uplift and amplify women’s voices within our organization while promoting positive change that benefits all.
