WORK FROM HOME FLEXIBLE
We truly understand the need and desire for work-life balance and flexibility. The ATCSFlex Program is the organization’s hybrid solution that allows employee’s to work remotely up to two (2) days per week. Employees daily work schedules may also vary to meet their needs, as long as they remain available during our core business hours
(9 AM - 3 PM EST).
**There may be exceptions to ATCSFlex, depending the role, that allow for more or less telework.**
