Coverage is very good for hourly employees with no out of pocket cost and low prescription / office visit copays. However, salaried employees have significant out of pocket cost with higher prescription / office visit copays. No retiree coverage.

The health insurance is a non-cadiallac insurance and it has very high deductibles for individuals and families. The dental insurance is ok but not great for ortho at all.

$8000 dollar deductable...ridiculous. Non union jobs have better health insurance than this. If you do have a degree, pass this place by. It's not even good for a stepping stone job.
