The Medical Coverage is great, Participant Paid LTD 50% of Eligible Compensation(Post-Tax) Coverage - $17,762.00. The Company provides you with no cost Short-Term Disability 100% Coverage Amount $34,127.86 60% Coverage Amount $20,476.72

Health insurance is Cigna, good coverage and the company gives good support. Only thing bad is that what employee contributes grows faster than what the employer contributes, they are pushing more of the expense to the employees. Still generous.

A lot of options to fit everyone's needs. AXA uses a health exchange with multiple companies and multiple coverage options.

Good PPO plan, but quite expensive

Employees have the option to pick which tier of insurance they like to accommodate their needs.

Company contributes large portion towards premiums. Offers do credentials levels of deductibles

Great options for me as a US based employee. Can not speak to international locations. Excellent plans with a range of options for deductibles and premiums.
