Excellent choices to choose from

There is no retirement plan.

Pension is going away, but the 401(k) match and fund choices are second to none. Also, the expense ratio within funds are extremely low.

Very supportive with many options and investment choices

401k with company matching 140% of first 5% you contribute, plus an extra 3% at the end of each year subject to company performance (they have given it each year I've been here, which is a few years). Pretty good low-expense fund options. 3 year vesting period (1/3 gets fully vested each year).
