there were many options to pick from. all health insurance options were very good.

The 80/20% coverage plans = more money out of your paycheck, but it's reasonable.

The networks are good. Lots of docs, no referrals needed. The deductible is high (600) and standard Dr. Visits are not exempt from deductibles. There is no copay only 80/20 split. This ends up being EXPENSIVE. I ended up paying more for less coverage.

Health insurance seems like decent coverage

This is still a Great option but there charge per Family member and the deductibles are VERY high from what I was used to from other companies.
