6 % is very good but give more for people who have been more!! Why match, just give something even if the employee doesn't put anything. Respecting long timers will only help a win-win. Say add 1 % for each additional year after 6 years? 7% for 7th year and so on? Anyways, the hikes are not great!! So, why not sock in some pre-tax dollars to the retirement accounts?
