They give 5 weeks PTO, but that DOES include sick days. Any decently prolonged illness, you are forced to take short term disability. HOWEVER, if you have been there a while, their carryover of PTO from 1 year to the next is generous compared to any other co. I have worked for, so if you have been there a few years, you can build up the PTO.
