Cost plus 10% on items purchased from the RSC. Some retailers will give you an in-store discount but it is not required or expected.

They have a excellent discount program where you can purchase damaged goods for a dollar, and a cash purchase program at good discounted prices.

You pay what stores pay. Can be a great deal on high ticket items like grills. Only drawback is you have to order multiples for smaller goods such as cleaners or tissues.

The employee discount is 20%. The first Tuesday of every month, the customers get that same discount. It'd be nice to have a little more.
