Average amount of sick days. Cannot accrue/carry over/accumulate a sizeable amount. After 2 days off, need doctor's note (which seems to be a fairly standard practice).

don't pay for sick days, need to let them know if you cant work so they can get someone to cover you, but you can work another day if your sick, because my job I can work any day I want
