Company match was awful and made it not worth the investment. I pulled out and rolled into my own IRA.

Best - You can manage your investment allocation on line with the 401K provider. Worst - the 401K provider has changed 3 times in the last year.

They offer a 401k but I'm not sure of the benefit. It's awesome that they offer part time and seasonal employees the option though.
