I just lost my 14 yr old daughter and having to have to take care of 95% of the arrangements with her father, also needing to be able to afford it, definitely would have been a HUGE help!! So I had no choice other than to go back to work 1 week and 2 days post her death... I hope they will soon implement this benefit!!

My mother in law and my own mother just past in August and September it would have been wonderful to have had bereavement leave. My father and my husband are in ill health so it would be good to have it there just in case.
