Job training is not offered through Adelbrook. Instead, the agency just kind of 'throws you to the wolves' and lets you figure everything out on your own. Compared to other places I have worked, Adelbrook has virtually zero on the job training, but then expects impossible miracles from their employees who they have not trained properly in the first place.
