There are two options to help meet the need for medical coverage for full-time employees. There is a low deductible with low out-of-pocket plan and a higher deductible with a higher out-of-pocket amount plan as well. However, on the high deductible plan, there is an HSA option with an employer contribution for both the employee and the family. The best part is the employee contributions are low with both plans and even free with the high deductible plan for employee only coverage.
