The company uses VSP insurance which is accepted almost everywhere. The cost is very reasonable and the coverage is very good.

Director's don't know what they are doing; interview process is rude to candidate and it doesn't change. Bad pay and benefits to be in such a competitive area and they don't plan to change because they don't care which keeps them above water but not moving in the right direction.
