It is not a great plan. You cannot even choose tiers. I was willing to pay more for PPO. They put everyone on the SAME health Insurance plan. The Dental is pretty good. They have delta dental for 9.99 a paycheck.

The best thing about Health Insurance are the good premiums. Hmmm...the worst thing, maybe dental. But anywhere you go, getting good dental insurance is hard.
