Good options available to employees for health coverage.

Worst health insurance I've had through an employer, which is really ironic considering they are the health insurance company. They're all high deductible plans, and have decently high premiums the employees have to pay. I've had better Aetna coverage at other companies.

Medical costs are VERY expensive. Aetna is slow to complete and pay claims.

Aetna has an excellent benefit program. They offer a full spectrum of insurance as well as offer 401k, matching, etc.
